Precisely Contacts Return Policy
At Precisely Contacts, we understand that occasionally, a need may arise for you to return a product. To ensure your satisfaction, we have established a clear and straightforward return policy for our contact lenses. Please review the following guidelines before initiating a return:
Contact lenses may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the contact lens boxes must be:
Sealed, with the original seal intact.
Unopened and in their original packaging.
Unmarked, free from any writing, stickers, or labels.
Returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for the following items:
Contact lenses with broken or damaged seals.
Contact lens boxes that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition.
Contact lenses that have passed the 30-day return window.
Items that are not accompanied by a copy of the original purchase receipt or invoice.
Contact our Customer Support Team to initiate the return process.
Provide the following information:
Your full name.
A description of the product you wish to return.
The reason for your return.
Our Customer Support Team will guide you through the return process, including providing a Return Authorization Number (RMA) if applicable.
Carefully package the unopened and unmarked contact lens boxes, along with the original purchase receipt or invoice. Ensure they are securely protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Support Team. Please make sure to include the RMA on the outside of the package, if applicable.
